Why I’m rooting for Oklahoma’s Social Host Law
Oklahoma’s House Bill 1211 is specific and requires proof of wrongdoing. The language is relatively simple, as legislative language goes although I do wish it replaced the term “person” with the term “adult” so we wouldn’t continue to punish the same minors we’re trying to protect.

One of the “most effective” and interesting tactics in the war on underage drinking isn’t the recent Social Host Law but one that harkens back to our non-digital age…it’s a big wake-up call for parents who suspect their child is in trouble but have no proof.
