South Dakota reports 23% fewer arrests for underage drinking | Video

 

Great news! It seems South Dakota has made gigantic strides in reducing underage drinking in their state. It must be their new Social Host Law. Wait, they don’t have a Social Host Law? How are they doing it then? By enforcing the existing laws. In fact, they have achieved 100% compliance over a six month period from liquor and grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
